Had a great time during my stay. Room was super cozy with nice amenities like air conditioning, minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Bath was spotless and had good water pressure. Location was perfect, right near Hoan Kiem Lake and many shops. The staff was friendly, and the spa facilities were fantastic for some relaxation after our busy days.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Vietnamese National Tuong Theatre and Bach Ma Temple. The staff was friendly and offered great excursions. Just a heads up, some rooms might feel a bit tight for larger groups, so plan accordingly.
The elevators can get crowded during peak times, which made it a bit inconvenient at times, especially when we wanted to head out together.
